“Wow!!!! The food was incredible! They first served us, which at first I thought it was poblano sauce and chips. It was creamy jalapeño salsa, and it was delicious! Then they served us Spanish Octopus. The guajillo salsa was excellent and complimented the chorizo. Then we had 1855 Tri-tip alambre tacos. Absolutely exquisite! Last, we had Tacos Gobernador. They were very generous with the shrimp portion. Highly recommend it! Love they do not use American cheese in their plates!”

The crispy chicken wings were crispy, ceviche was bursting with flavor, short ribs were perfectly cooked & sweetened to my taste, and the pasta dish (lamb) was outstanding. Topped off by a couple well crafted tequila, and Mezcal cocktails. I will definitely be coming back.”
